Congratulations from me, too. I have been enjoying grandfatherhood for a couple of years, and it is great. My best Christmas present was when I went for dinner, and the lad was sitting at the kitchen counter. When he saw me, he jumped down from his stool, ran over to me with his arms open, saying "Grandpaaaa", then he took me downstairs to show me his trains.

My daughter has given me the official role of "Crazy Grandpa"
She believes every kid needs one.
I revel in it and love when my daughter looks at me and says "how could you let her do that?"
If it doesn't risk long term hospitalization of death my Granddaughter can do it.
And forget about guns. Every gun you buy from now on will have to be for her.
