Nice one BulletBob, Would love to see a picture of yours out of the holster if you have one. Like those grips too. Thanks, Shoo

I have a 1971 Belgium that looks like new having action job as we speak. Just got a Practical looks like the one in the Gunsite? holster they shoot great. the newer one was owned by a department pistol smith and was so slick it needs nothing, well maybe Novak gold dot front sights. Hard to beat that older than me design.

My wife adopted this one from me.

YES ! We have a winner ! Good eye rags. Guess I need to be buyin' myself a 9mm Shoorod. Someday I'm gonna buy myself a Shooboy Hammer too. Maybe I should post a 'wanted to buy' ad in the classifieds ??? Shoo

I bought this one 10 years ago and had the hammer bobbed to avoid pinching the web of my hand. I had a wide trigger installed to remove the mag safety (yes, I'm aware of the arguments for and against. I still have the factory parts to restore if I sell the gun). I replaced the rubber stocks with some checkered Micarta panels. I like this pistol, but my 1911 is easier to shoot well and more accurate. This is my third Hi-Power. The first was a target sighted 9mm that I traded for a Novak customized 9mm. The original owner realized his mistake and several years later asked me if I'd part with the Novak. I shouldn't have, but I did. I've always liked the Browning, but I prefer larger calibers, so I got this .40. It is a fine gun and I really need to shoot it more. Eventually I'll replace the ambi-safety with a port-side only paddle.
