Update 4/24/2023: Got my SA-35 back today. About a 5 week turnaround, Springfield paid for everything, good communication throughout.
It's MUCH better. According to the invoice they replaced the trigger, trigger spring pin, and trigger return spring.
There's way more pressure on the trigger return than before, and I can actually detect when it resets. Trigger break is a hair heavier, no surprise there. Overall, I'm pleased; glad I gave SA a chance before I tore it apart.
