I NEED HELP

I have been on this forum for about 15 years. It is my favorite and I check in multiple times each day.

I loved your new software format and have had no problems until a few days ago. I could not log in - the error message referred to cookies, so I deleted all of mine and now I'm in. Good news? - no bad news.

It does not recognize me. I tried logging in and requesting a new password, but it does not recognize my login name. Thus, I cannot e-mail your guys for help.

So, here I am as a new member. I AM "GypsmJim", but now I'm "GypsmJimAgain" with no history or post count.

Could someone please fix this. I just want to delete the latter name and reinstate my old one.
