I stopped by the club on my way home from work today. I had to deliver an armload of cardboard backers I had cut down at work. I put the backers away and take a look past the line and down range on the indoor. The floor is littered with wooden splinters and shavings from the overhead baffle at the 40' mark. Also the wooden planking at the foot of the traps in front of the sand bed was plowed up pretty badly also.
Several somebodies must have fired at least a box or two into the rafters. How hard is it to keep your rounds going into a 6' tall steel backstop? I guess it's time to review the video system we installed last summer. This is a private club by the way not open to the public.
We have a policy of paper targets, with few exceptions. So what do I find in the indoor range trash, but shot up soda cans. Well back to the video again I guess.
