If guns could talk what would yours say

Not sure about the Smiths, but my skeet and sporting clays guns would definitely say "Man he swears A LOT!"

one that has me always wondering. Savage model 1899 H, takedown in 22 Highpower. Made 1914. Had it lettered years ago. Shipped from Savage in New York, to Texas. Returned to factory in 1930 for unknown repairs, shipped from Montgomery Wards. Rifle has 1930's Barrel on it now. I purchased it at Cabelas, in Lacey Washington, some time 2000 ish. Long trip from New York to Texas, back to NY, and Texas to WA. Days of horses, wagons, and steam trains. critters, 2 and 4 legged... if it could tell the stories...

I think I've heard mine say " I can't wait until he gets new glasses and stops blaming me for him missing the target".

Several of my guns that I’ve had since a kid would plead the 5th. Back when I was a teenager I was the nemesis of a local game warden that was
sworn in about the same time I got a driver’s license. He never did get me.
He made his last try in 1977 when I lived in another county. He led a raid on my house with assistance from sheriff dept. It was over a mistake on the tag. I had shot a buck and tag was mismarked as doe. I got to make him look like an arse hole one more time. He had to hang it up as a broken man.

My 1926 Win 94 rifle would say your welcome, to the thanks for suppling many meals during the depression and war years and teaching new young hunters of the 40's and later. Also to me for taking ~10 deer in the past 25 years that I've owned it.
