What comes in the box? I only got 1 clip/The manual and a fired casing. I see some come with 2 clips and a carry case.Did they change what they include with the gun at some point?

I just picked up a new M&P Bodyguard 380 with out laser & no safety.
It came with 2 mags, soft carry case, cable lock and paper work.

Today is all we have, live it to the fullest!

So, how do y'all like the Bodyguard .380?
How do they compare to the Kel Tec P3AT?
I have a P3AT that I bought in 2005 that has been reliable.
Wondering if the Bodyguard is better by enough of a margin to justify selling the P3AT and buying the Smith.

My P3AT uses a clip, a pocket clip, that is.
Does anyone sell a pocket clip for the Smith?

Can I get a 50 round, snail drum, clipazine for the BG? ;)

Wartime M-1's used 5-round "clips." All other weapons use "magazines."

Carcanos and other Mannlicher designs also used clips.

Mauser and Enfield design military rifles used chargers, commonly referred to as "stripper clips".
IIRC, there was at least one semiauto pistol that used a clip.

In fact, the M1 Garand used 8 round clips inside their magazines.

I don't have any experience with the P3AT, but had a Kal-Tec Sub 2000 it was by far the worst gun I ever owned. And IMHO there warranty/customer service wasn't any better.
But to each there own.

I'm sure there's more than one pocket clip on the market for the BG380.S&W Bodyguard .380 Gun Belt Clip for Slim Concealed Carry Profile

Thanks. I've heard some ugly stories about KT guns and their CS.
I'd like to have one of the original P11s, since it takes 59 series mags. That and a Marlin camp carbine would complete my little group of boom sticks that take those mags. But, I digress.

I wish Smith had jumped on the Kel Tec style pistol bandwagon;) years ago and made a subcompact tupperware 9 that took 59 mags. I'd be all over that.:D There's no doubt in my mind that Smith can make something like that and do it much better than KT does.

If I can find a left handed pocket clip for the BG .380 I may just have to get one.

So, what about the 50 round drum clipazine?:D
