DiFi will introduce her new and improved AWB bill tody. Under cover of the confirmation hearings for the one and only John "threw my medals away" Kerry this bill will be presented by a gaggle of gun control loons and the MSM will fawn all over it. Talking heads have received their talking points, interviews for the weekend talk shows have already been scheduled, and the political machine most suited to election fraud will be ramped up and hitting on all cylinders.
Personally, I hired the NRA to be on the front lines. Backed up by a California specific action group. After I read the bill (something I do that sets me apart from a legislator) I will start looking at the 2nd amendment foundation, other action groups and will probably delay the purchase of my next rifle to become a NRA lifetime member.
Unfortunately the only thing that matters at this point is cash to our front lines. Talking is good and help us maintain our sanity but it will come down to cash. We are going to need legions of lawyers and clerks to write, research, and submit court filing after court filing. We are going to need a mobile and tactical force of the legal experts, PR experts, spokesmen/women, and hordes of volunteers to get out there with the truth and dispel the upcoming barrage of myth and distortions.
In my opinion, as it is, we will need to take a deep collective breath today for this is the day the fight begins. Actual federal legislation will be on display.
