I just viewed "Hell or High Water" (again) and suddenly dawned on me that I really like Jeff in western roles as a old fashion Lawman. (True Grit also).

If you like True Grit, try Wild Bill....he's good in that one too. I'll have to check out Hell or High Water.

Bridges did a good job in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot too...he was really young back then...I'm a big Clint Eastwood fan, so was kinda cool to see them both in a movie together.

I stumbled upon Hell or High Water on Netflix a few months ago. I wasn't expecting much out of it, but I found it pretty engaging and really enjoyed it. There were a few scenes where the dialog was absolutely superb.

Wind River was a fine movie.
I like him in all of the above, but in The Big Lebowski especially.
Another vote for his roles in True Grit and Hell or High Water. Seen both many times.
Has enjoyed movies starring him since in the early 80s, fine movie that I first saw him in was Cutter's Way about the time I graduated high school. It is worth a watch.

Yea I’m a fan also ,he truly makes his characters come to life in True Grit especially .As a big time Duke fan I never thought the remake was gonna be worth a hoot but boy was wrong.
Love every character he's ever played. He won me over as Star Lord's father (and a planet) in the second "Guardians of the Galaxy". Then made me laugh out loud when he showed up reprising "The Dude" in a beer commercial.
