just saying hello new poster and this is my story

been reading all the post here for awhile bought a 15-22 abought ayear ago and had to send it back to S&W for the dreaded fix they sent it back and FED_X missed delivered it and now I am dealing with Smith& Wesson and Fed_X trying to get my rifle replaced everybody pray for me this is getting on mylast nerve. they both say they are doing all they can ,I hope so sitting onthe sidelines and
waiting is tough.

Don't wait too long.......Get off the sidelines...... 5 or 6 days should be enough to track a package, trust me if you do not call them every week you will wait for ever while they point fingers at each other, the package was insured, No disrespect, praying ain't going to solve this problem.....make a claim get a check and buy another one

Heck I would call 2 or more times a day, and be filing the insurance paperwork to get the ball rolling there.

I'd be busting thier collective chops three times a day AND
filling out the paperwork for insurance claim.

I'd also tell Smith I want a PC and five mags for trouble.

good news the FED-X investagator found my 15-22 and it is now back in my hands. Imust be really lucky,I would have bet it was gone for good. May go and buy a lotto ticket
