The only one that I can think of immediately is Model 19 Performance Center "K Comp" with 3" ported full lug barrel

So if one wanted such an aminal you'd have to outside of the S&W line the(Taurus, Ruger, ect) ?

I seem to recall a "special run" (Horton, IIRC?) of Model 14's (K-38) in a 4" full lug. But other than mentioned above, no?

There was just recently a thread here on the forum, with a picture of one of those full lugged 14's. They were .38's though.

Real close to a full lug on the M13-4 PC model made in 1995. 3" ported barrel.

Your can always get a L frame. They are full lug barrels.
