Not fair at all.
I just realized we are under 3 sets of U.S. law.
1..Politicians
2..People who are here ILLEGALLY
3..U.S. Citizens

The "undocumented" worm who Murdered a young Kate Stienle in SF NOT GUILTY of MURDER.
7 time convicted felon, 5 times deported.

So much for justice in liberal cities and states.

Disgusted. His defense was that the gun fired by itself and we all know that cannot be true. My heart goes out to the Steinle family and what they must be feeling now. Unfortunately, I know what it is like to have a family member murdered and no justice served.

Well, that is how it supposed to work, they must have truly found a jury of his peers. It seems outrageous from the network news. but we were not there and did not see the evidence. Not guilty is not the same as innocent. I prefer to risk setting some guilty ones free if it also saves some of the innocent from wrongful conviction.

Well, as was said before.
It is California, and the Bay Area in particular. When I heard the jury had asked to examine the weapon, which was a Sig P239 apparently, I thought all would be well.
As we all know, the weapon did not "go off",discharge, shoot, whatever without applying a significant amount of pressure to the trigger. As in a concerted effort.
I do not buy it, It is their version of jury nullification very similar to the Simpson verdict.
Man oh man.

All well and good, but this one seems somewhere in the middle of that to me. The deciding factor for me, is that there is no good reason that the offender was even here. So, he is not here, no shooting, negligent, accidental, or intentional.
And he walks, with a slap on the whatever for a weapons charge?
No

They said it was an accident because the bullet ricocheted of the ground and then struck her .. if it would have just struck her in the back he would have probably been convicted !!

The only cherry on this feces sunday is that it'll make people so mad that those who do not want to fund the wall, who do not want to stop chain relative immigration, and who want to keep DACA could suffer for it in November of next year. The very people who want to disarm us are glad that this guy, who killed an innocent woman with a stolen gun, got off.
