Years ago I looked at one in a gunstore. 45-70 I think. It was an ok gun. Certainly nothing special but ok. As I recall, however, way back then they were really expensive. Just not worth the money I thought.

I seem to recall that at one time Cabela's carried a 45/70 Double Rifle. I'm not sure they still do. I also remember that it was an expensive piece.
