Great gun, only Glock 19 sized M&P out there. Also it isn't overly chunky like the 45 Glocks.

I read somewhere that the glock .380 is too big and has a horrendous trigger pull. Personally, I gave my shield 9 to my son. It don't fit in my pocket. My bodyguard.380 does and is my constant companion. If you are of slender build, you can use a lot of iwb holsters. If you are overweight and have a hard time keeping your pants up, then most iwb holsters are too uncomfortable (at least in my case). As for a shield .45, I would think that the m&p .45c is probably the better choice. Of course that is just my opinion, which everybody knows about opinions.
Your sarcasm is uncalled for. The folks here who refer to the previous incident know what they are saying, and many people who were mmembers at the time remember it, particularly the administrator. You can do a search for it yourself, but please be advised that it was well before January 2014.
Here's the first hand skinny on the leak. It was embarrassing because it was not intentional. But I can tell you, the pictures that showed up, showed up on a major gun blog that was visited by S&W personnel, they knew right away. As for the 2 employees that lost their jobs, they were totally innocent of knowingly participating in a leak. But when it comes to corporate ego... the little guy will always pay the price.
