Popped into Shoot-Straight in Friday. They had a few dozen of M&P15s, a stack of M&P15-22s and plenty of shield 40s. Checked out a Ruger LCP and Bodyguard .380 while I was there too. Wanted to see a Sig P238 but none in stock. All ARs were full retail price.

Do you know by any chance How much are their M&P 15 are selling for?

M&Ps were straight list IIRC. I think $839 for the sport and $1379 for the M&P15x. The sport had the 1in9 barrel.

I think there were LMTs on the table as well. They were higher priced.

A good frined I work with just bought a Sport 1in9 melonite barrel for $750. out the door at Cabela's Sat. They popped in mid day. The 3 they had were gone in minutes. If you have any of those around. It's a hit or miss.

Several years ago there was a great mom and pop LGS in my neighborhood. More accurately, mom and sons. It was not fancy but they had a small indoor range and small retail store. The annual range fee was very reasonable and Mom gave me some great deals on several guns I purchased. Unfortunately, a group of investors bought them out. The new guys put a lot of money into the place remodeling and expanding the store. The store is much nicer now, but the annual range membership is priced out of sight, gone are the sweet deals I used to get from mom, and the new guys never seem to remember me no matter how often I come in.
