Good film clip. The kid was out of his league and she certainly shut him up.

I too heard her say she was proud that BO won but I recall her meaning that she was proud that a black person won, not just Bo, my take anyway. But I have to tell you, from that moment on I felt like she could turn like Col. Powell on a dime. I lost a lot of confidence in her, prior to that she was on the top of my list for pres. Now I don't know. It really upset me and still does because I really like her and respect her in a lot of ways. Something that I lack for about every other politician.

JOERM, I was very unhappy and surprised when Powell "turned". I always held him up as a man of integrity. I always told people I wish he would run for POTUS because he was a man we could believe in.

I couldn't agree more with this statement. We can thank the "politically correct" crap for this. My former employer required Cultural Diversity training every couple of years. It mellowed out after a few years, but originally I had to describe myself as a "Western European American", even though my family has been here for 300+ years (and I don't know anyone in Europe). What an insult. I felt like I was being programmed by Big Brother (in "1984").

Powell is ragging on the right as we speak, playing head games with the press. He thinks he's smart, and at one time he was. I wonder now. But hay, maybe he is playing games to get the GOP to wake up. I don't think so. He is not a GOP friend. It really upset me when turned into a turn coat. I have no respect for the man, regardless of his performance in the Gulf War.
he is all OBBN. the last BN is brown noser. He states he is a republican, yah, hoow. Powell, come clean, jerk.
I have not given up on Dr. Rice. This thread is the first I heard her called Dr. Rice. In fact I did not look at the video for several days until the thread grew not knowing who Dr. Rice was so I finally click on her.
