Looking for Ammo in PHX, Tempe AZ area

My son who live's in Tempe AZ area is a new shooter. Any shop recommendations for buying 40S&W practice ammo.

I live in Gilbert.

Pistol Parlor and Sportsman's Warehouse in Mesa. Gun's ETC in Chandler. It is worth calling these places. If they don't have the ammo, I buy online.

First place I'd check for practice ammo in a common caliber like .40 S&W is Walmart. There was some at the local one this noontime.

The lady at wally-mart told me I had to call the store each day and find out when the truck was due in for delivery, then arrive at 7:00 am and get in line and wait for the truck to arrive. If I was lucky they would not run out before my turn to buy some came.
My daughter tells me the guys working the night shift at the plants go there when they get off at 6:00 am, buy up all they can then sell it on-line...at a somewhat increased price of course. People buy it cause it's available, no concern for price.
Gary don't play that game....I will just do without until people come to their sense's ( did I really say that ??? there seems to be a gross lack of common sense )and stop panic buying, hoarding and black market price gouging.
