Im a fellow 17hummer owner also. God I love that thing, DEAD on @ what ever distance you dial her in at. Great gun.

Mine is gray poly. Do you have the "accu-trigger" system? I had mine way before they came out with the "A/T" system

Sorry, just saw this? Guess I need to check my settings. Yes, mine has the accu-trigger. I just got a a new Nikon buckmaster scope but have not sighted it in yet. Waiting for the time and for it to cool off a little..lol

I love the rifle! It likes federal vmax and is very accurate!

Here are a couple with some if it's siblings (yes I know I still haven't pulled the rear sight lol)

I thought I had bought the OD green from the guy when I had put the rear on already. It turns out I didn't....lol He didn't have one. I bought the OD stuff from a guy at work and it was just thrown on in short time and the rear was the first thing on. It's coming off though. :)

Ah. I use the PT1 L on my Airsoft and 15/22, mainly to save weight. Don't need a "real" light on any of those.

Interestingly the Vikings mount is no lighter than the DANIEL DEFENCE offset or the Surefire original QD mount. I found the lightest mount I had was a set of Weaver mount 30 mm scope rings.

As for the lack of front sight, real red dots from guys like Aimpoint or Trijicon will likely never die. remove the rear to save weight. Anything that'll kill a real red dot will kill the 15/22 first.

Yellow springed, EXPS-0 plus EOtech 3x magnifier, AAC Pilot can, dual sling, MIAD grip, NEBO rail light, folding vert grip, sub sonics..good on bunnies out to about 60 yards with SS and can. Normal rounds w/can about 75 yards Minute of Jack Rabbit. Crappy phone pics!

My grandson loves my 15-22, probably because of the cool factor over his 10-22.

But he doesn't like shooting it because of the LOP, and in Jersey we can't have this as an adjustable butt stock, bummer.

What range in NJ is that, looks nice.

Just got the barrel threaded so of course I had to take her out to play.

Added a Magpul grip and forgrip, not pictured but I also have a gen2 AFG and sweet .22 scope and a cheapie red-dot that doesn't do too bad.

All thats left is to add folding sights (not sure if going with magpul buis, or ARMS #71) Magpul CTR stock and Vortex Strikefire red dot.

Been slowly but surely adding to it

(Picture is not showing up, odd)

It has taken me about a week to go through this entire thread, but it has definitely given me some great ideas. I picked up my 15-22 MOE about a month ago and I'm slowly adding to it. So far, I've hung XTM rail covers, an RVG, an RSA, and an EO-Tech XPS clone on it. I didn't have much hope for the sight when I ordered it, but I've been surprisingly happy with it so far. I'm thinking about adding a magnifier, but I'm unsure.

I just ordered an MS3. I'd like to add a suppressor in the future, but I don't feel like jumping through that hoop just yet.

^might want to move your red dot back off the handguard. when you brace the foregrip, it can tilt the guard and thus your aim.
