M&P 15-22 Picture Thread

I found some multi-color XTM covers for cheap on another site, so I decided to go ahead and get them. I needed something to cover the rails, I've already had one chip. I'm not sure I'm in love with the effect they give, but I do like how the break up the color of the gun a bit. Surefire riding in a cheap Chinese mount I got for $5.

Combination of Tan, FDE, and OD. The colors blend well from a few feet away to give a camo feel and break up the profile. The also look a lot closer than the flash reveals.

I got my baby a month ago, had problems cycling, sent it in, (took about a week and sw paid for everything) and the other day I took it to the range and didnt have 1 ftf or fte.

I plan on gettin a magpul prs stock/grip and a fake can from spikes

Just a couple of targets from yesterday's "play time"

I agree, it looks like a varmint gun. What I personally don't like is how low the scope is. I put a similar sized scope mounted just like on mine for about an hour and it was extremely uncomfortable to shoot. It does look good though.

Thanks! I really like the combo, I just wish the eye relief was a little bit longer. I just used the standard mount until my FTS mount comes in sometime this week.

Went to a local range with my friends Dana & Julie this past Sunday.
This was Julies first time with a firearm of any kind. After a few shots with a bolt action rifle and a vintage (but accurate) nylon 66, it was time to try the M&P.
I think we have another shooting fan here

Thanks! My Magpul CTR stock and cheek rest came in today, which other than the FTS mount for the magnifier and having the barrel threaded by BELT_FED...I'm about finished with this gun. I'll post pics once I install the stock and get the upper back from BELT_FED.

BTW: I placed my order today for first bullpup rifle. A brand new MSAR E4 is on its way to join my collection of ARs. The 15-22 will still make it to every range trip, it'll just have a companion

I hope you didn't buy the commercial MOE stock like you have listed above...the 15-22 uses a Mil-Spec tube which is smaller than the commercial. The commercial will fit, but it will be loose around the tube.

I caught that about 5 minutes after I placed my order. Called Primary Arms to have them change it to the Milspec before the ordered shipped
