Sling is a Magpul MS2 sling and can be found easily online. The mount works perfectly for this rifle as it has a single screw that clamps around the stock tube very nicely and is a Midwest Industries #13 single point sling. I purchased it from US Calvary, but it can be found at several sites online. You're not seeing things. I did cut my AFG. I wanted to be able to move it back further. I also took the Dremel to the front of it so that I could mount my light in a place where I could actuate it with my finger.You can see it better in this picture from before I painted it:

makes it kinda hard to split the upper/lower with it up against the mag well. I guess you have to unscrew it when you take the rifle down for cleaning?

I just pop both pins and remove the upper completely.

Thanks. I just wish I could fit it with a UBR. I don't mind Dremeling, drilling and sawing, but I'm not sure about grinding the rib off the receiver extension and turning the diameter down to the correct size.

looks great that double mag holder, but won't it block the ejector when switching to the other mag?

Nope, not at all. If you notice. the right mag sits about a 1/4" lower then the left. When the left mag is inserted the right sits below the ejection port. No blockage at all. I'll post a couple more pics in a few] days.

It's a Promag AR-15 Coupler. They work like a charm on our mags.
