nice rifle Cajun...watch what you post on B..Arfcom, they eat their own!!!

Yes the good thing about the Buckmark is that you can just change barrels from TacSol or others. Unlike the Rugers MKII, III, you have to get a registered upper, wich kinda sux, although i bit the bullet and have 2.
i sold my last Buckmark...don't know why...kinda miss it!!!

Funny, i have a birdcage on one of the MK's and people actually kinda laugh and say "why do you have an AR FH on your pistol" then i proceed to knock the center out of the target with the C-More and they know why. with the aluminum barrel, the AR FH adds just enough weight to make it deadly accurate.

  • Slide fire goodies
  • Vortex Strikefire
  • Trigger mod w/JP yellow springs
Can you do a full mag dump with the trigger mod?

I put 4 mags thru it over the weekend which was the first time I fired the rifle. I had several FTF's with the Remington ammo I had, not sure what exact type it was but it came in a clear plastic slide top container of 100 rds and whoever the online vendor was I purchased it from put a white label over the top so I could not tell what the velocity was, short answer NO. Not sure if it was due to me being new to the slide fire and using the correct technique (I was firing in the normal fashion pulling the trigger, which I understand may be incorrect with this stock?) or the ammo giving me issues, but I plan to retest with some CCI soon as I can. :o

Cajun,

Correct, with the Slide fire you do not pull the trigger in bump fire mode. You bridge your finger across and rest it on the built in finger rest and
then you pull forward on the front of the rifle, which pulls your finger into
the trigger. As long as you maintain forward pressure the rifle will fire.

practice on an AK with your thumb in your belt loop and finger bridged across the trigger!!!! My favorite bump fire!

It's about time I posted a picture,

Homemade 550cord 3/2point QD sling
Homemade buffer tube attachment point thingy (jerryrigged)
Midwest industries QD rail attachment
Magpul accessories
Low budget rifle, shes seen a bit more than her fair share of abuse. Needless to say she's still a blast

Shown with my first killed mammal (woodchuck).

Nice work on the 550 sling!

Now is that a woodchuck or a ground hog? and how much wood would.....

Thanks, I love the thing, it also can unravel very quickly if you need it too, great for survival situations, I'm thinking of selling a couple of them, (not in white, that was the only color I had enough of, there's a ****load of 550 cord in there)
Maybe I'll post a misc. thread about it.

Sailing experience, teaches you a lot of cool knots n weaves and what, not.
Woodchuck and groundhog are the same thing? I think?
