It was the Magpul version, but there's nothing Magpul left except the sights and the sling attachment.

Nope. Can't have a Slide Fire stock without a 50rd drum.

Pretty sure it's a Federal law.

I forgot to add that. I do have one 50 round blackdog drum. Haven't had a chance to use it yet though.

They're Magpul rail covers. They came with the gun because its the Magpul MOE version. You can find the rail covers online such as amazon.com

Mine's a black MOE (posted a few pictures up) and didn't come with those...

When I looked on the Magpul website the other day all I saw was the rail covers that actually "cover" the rails (the Type 2s I think), I like that the ones you have don't mask the rails but still give them protection - I'd best get back on the Magpul website and to my dealer to ask where my rail covers were!

EDIT: Scratch that, found them - it's the ladder rail panels... Very nice... Now just to see if I can get them in Blightly - Still surprised you got them with your rifle, haven't seen anywhere here that gave them with it (and don't recall seeing them on the S&W product page for the rifle... )

The ladder rails come free when you buy the FDE MOE model.
They are all over the "bay" and in fact I just recently sold mine on as didn't use them.
Pretty easy to find now you know the right name for them have a look on UK side.

Yes this is the Hiperfire / Hipertouch 24C with the hipershoe (the red thing).
This is the trigger i want to put into my 15-22, but with no UK stockist and ITAR its gonna be a long wait....but it will happen....oh yeah

I really like my Fab Defence grip/bipod. I like that it twists and also pivots to level the gun.
Expensive but it works well.
