M&P Shield 9 8 round mags

too bad i didnt see this eariler. I'm going to try my first IDPA match this weekend.. with only the two factory mags.. Do you guys think that its possible for me to do this with just 7rd & 8rd. I also purchased a Theis IWB holster which is fking amazing for the shield..

Tough to do with only two mags the normal load out for IDPA is 10 rounds and 1 in the gun. Some strings of fire will require more then the two mags you have depending on the course of fire. I ran our local IDPA with my shield but I had 4 mags. I prefer my P226 for IDPA but the shield will work if you have enough mags
