M&P Target gets new shoes

This M 1905 3rd Change .38 M&P Target isn't new, but it now sports a set of ivories that go well with the old (1911) girl.

Those are beauties. I've collected a few slabs of mammoth ivory and I'm trying to get up the nerve to start whitling on them. I've got a piece I've earmarked for early Ns and a piece that's perfect for a round K. Maybe this winter I'll have time. I plan to use correct hardware and medallions I've scavenged from various grips that were too far gone to save.
