I've followed Massad's ritings and career since I lived in NH many years ago. Thanks for the link to Amazon - I ordered 4 books.
BTW - Massad - do you still like Winchester Model 100 rifles?

I loved the accuracy and the handling. Safety callback scared a lot of folks away from it. Great looking rifle, too.

Maybe I shoulda just got a Model 88, but my old Model 100 still has some good memories.

Good morning all. We just did Christmas here, and Mrs. gr8AmericanBash got me "In The Gravest Extreme", "Combat Handgunnery" and "The Gun Digest Book of Concealed Carry" this year. She's a keeper!

Just doing our part to help your retirement Mas (whenever it may come - hopefully not for a while).

ETA: Dad also got me "Ayoob Files", as well as "America Fights Back: Armed Self-defense in a Violent Age" by Alan Gottlieb and

I am currently reading your "The Truth About Self Protection" and "The Gun Digest Book of Concealed Carry." Both of which I can put down! Thanks for your insights, especially the sections on ankle and shoulder holsters. I wish that you had discussed the .357 round more, but still excellent.

I just received my copies of "Combat Handgunnery" and "Concealed Carry." I'm already halfway through "Concealed Carry" and can't decide whether to read it again once I've finished it or read "Combat Handgunnery" first! What a dilemma!

Thanks again to my good neighbor Erich for recommending these great books. Although having read "In the Gravest Extreme" once a year since I first bought it some years ago, I had no doubt that anything by Mas Ayoob would be well worth reading and rereading. Thank you Mr. Ayoob!
