May have been bait and switched

I've already crossed that bridge, they don't have the one I was supposed to receive in stock and won't until next spring.. they offered a full refund but that doesn't quite fix the not having a mower issue. Seems I'm in quite a pickle

Well, around here we're about done mowing. I'd scalp it down with the other mower one more time, get my money back, tell 'em to come get it, and go shopping somewhere else . . .

I guess it all depends on what you got for your money. It's hard to beat that price on that size mower.

Even if you don't like the way you're being treated. You can usually put a review on online sites. Wait until it's settled though.

You ARR in a pickle.

Good grief, this really is not that hard.

Get you money back and buy another mower or keep the one you have after being compensated for any price variance.

The issue has been resolved to a certain degree. Since they don't have the correct machine in stock they knocked off the price of the protection plan and credited back that amount. Ended up using that to get an pull behind aerator seeder. All is well
