Meet Baby.

..."we weren't smart enough to keep them."

When my oldest daughter started college (1978) I had a goodly number of S&W revolvers. The young lady had earned enough for tuition, fees and books for year one. She landed an on campus job at the infirmary. Her job and the Smiths graduated her with honors and debt free. No regrets, but I have owned some nice ones. BTW, daughter is a very successful business owner with a lot of charity in her heart and wallet. Guns well spent. She and her sister are at her "bird patch" this week end making sure things are ready for our opening dove hunt.

That is a sweet 27!

Best wishes,

Jack

Excellent photography and great post/story! Very well done, and congratulations on your purchase.

The seller quoted his price, which needless to say was far more than what I paid for the first one, and I paid it without hesitation.

That's what we do, isn't it? When we find something we want, money becomes secondary. At times over the years, I've actually borrowed money to buy a gun I wanted.

I can't imagine you ever regretting your purchase of that fine revolver. Again, congratulations.
