Last Saturday I encountered a problem with my email using Microsoft Outlook. There was an email that locked it up. I couldn't do anything with it and had to get a guy over to help.
He finally got it working but in the fixing I lost my personal folder. The personal folder was very handy. You can drag things into it just like you can do with drafts.
The personal folder is a option that can be added. The option is buried some where in the program. I stumbled across it a couple years ago. I can't find it again. I've been looking since Sunday.
I know there are some Microsoft Outlook experts here on the forum. Could any of you offer me advise.
Seems to me as though I had to open a sub-menu and check a box to activate it ... but I can't find it now.
