I placed an order six weeks ago with a posted 3-4 week wait time. I haven't received it yet. Before I call I'm curious if anyone has experienced longer than the posted wait time. I don't want to call and bother them since I know they are running at a crazy pace.

I heard today that Mo. Bullet is back ordered 6 months. Didn't check the truth of that and their web site still shows 3 to 4 weeks.

I ordered a couple thousand bullets on Feb 9 and I received them March 22, so right about 6 weeks for me.

I ordered 2000 on Feb 16, right about 6 weeks now, and they have not shipped yet. I emailed them last week, and Brad responded immediately, and to quote what they told me,"demand is insane" and they were backed up. He did acknowledge they had not lost my order and it would ship soon. With the way everything else is in short supply, I am not complaining. I doubt anybody else would do much better.

They are burning the candle at both ends. Orders used to arrive in 3-5 days (I am not kidding). Hang in there you will get them. They are overwhelmed as everyone is. In fact they were going to stop taking orders from any new people who had not ordered in the past. I think they stopped sending bullets to distributors or at least some of them.

I spent a few hours on this past sunny Saturday on my patio casting 25# of 158gr bullets for my 357. Saying goodbye to online ordering of cast bullets was one of my better decisions, not only for supply, but better quality as I control the hardness of the bullet.

Not Mo. Bullets, but I recently received an order from Penn Bullets that was placed in late Nov.-2012. So I guess you could say it happens.

I ordered 1,500 bullets from them (500 each of .357 action, .38 Rnd nose and .44 Kieth). I placed the order early January and had them around 10 DAYS later. I guess its all about what they had in stock at the time.

Thank y'all for posting. I really want to try some of the MBC bullets in 38 and in 44. If the wait is 3-6 weeks that is great right now. I just hope it is not 3-6 months.

Pick any two

1. High quality
2. Low Price
3. Rapid delivery

In today's market you can pick any two.

It is right at 6 weeks. I placed an order on Feb, 7. Got it about Mid march.

wait time

I order from midatlantic took about a month best 38 in my opinion they dont have a bevel they have a crimp groove they load really nice prices are good as well

took six weeks and two days to be notified that my order had shipped, they arrived within a couple of days of receiving the shipping notification!:)

Under "normal" circumstances it's less than a week but my last order was 6 weeks and the one before 3 weeks. They do a great job with a small crew. Don't worry they will be at your door soon and you will have some great bullets.;)

By casting my own, I have all three

Quality - I control the mix
Low price - .02 for a 158gr bullet
Rapid delivery-My patio is always open

:D

On February 12th I ordered several boxes of DEWC from Rim Rock Bullets and they were shipped 4 days later. Received them a few days after that. I have no idea if anything has changed in the past month and a half but I do know I've had a backorder waiting since January 15th from another company for Hornady bullets.

I'm in the same boat as Steve with regards to Hornady bullets. Ordered a 500 count box of 9mm from Cabelas on 01/24, and they became backordered until Feb, then March, and now April 30th.

**IF you have an item backordered with Cabelas that gets prolonged, they will send you an email and ask if you want to keep the ordered--IF YOU DON'T RESPOND THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER.**
