At the range today and my 19-3 cylinder jammed and seem to bind up. How difficult is it to have one replaced? Yoke has some wear line and looks to be replaced.

The factory does not have some parts for older guns, so you may have to look to the secondary market for parts. Ebay has a lot of parts listed, as does Gunbroker.
However, diagnosing your issue is difficult without more information. Yokes are pretty simple and seldom require replacing, as they can be adjusted in a couple of ways.

Just because you have a cylinder jamming problem does not mean the yoke and cylinder should be replaced. Many other and sometimes easily fixed issues could be in play. Please be more specific and maybe we can help you. Locking on one cylinder notch or all? Excess lead build up on cylinder face or forcing cone? Poor carry up upon cocking/failure to lock in place? Just plain dirty internally? Bent crane or extractor rod? Excess movement of the cylinder front to back or side to side? Cylinder/yoke fails to lock in place? Help us help you.

I have ran across one S&W I had to replaced the yoke on. It was a early K frame that had been re blued ans someone had either ground or filed on the outside of the yoke barrel and ruined it. Cylinder was fine. They can get misaligned, but that can be adjusted.
