Model 24-3 44 special, reloading/casting question

I wanted to tell everyone thankyou for the tips, Help, etc. with my 24-3 Cast bullet Accuracy project.
I got the Mihec- 215 gr. HBWC Thanks to a recommendation from Forrest R, I already had the Lee 240 Grain GC. Rock quarry sent me a few bullets to check proper fit and I ended up casting, powder coating, then sizing both bullets .431" which is snug in the cylinder. I couldn't get a .432 sizer,
I have tried a couple diff charges of 2400 and HS-6, both look like I have something I can work with, I hav'nt Sorted brass headstamps, Trimmed brass uniform length, or Sorted bullets by weight (yet). I am encouraged by results I have at 25yds (from a rest) with just 2 range sessions and a handful of loads tried. The trigger is about 3.5lbs I would much rather 2.75-3, Any way I'm really liking the 24-3. Again Thanks to everyone that offered advise.

Used to own a 624 and yup, had the ,432" cylinders. That 624 with test loads using a 220gr hbwc that I cast.

Got tired of having .430" cast bullets for several firearms and .432" cast bullets for those 2 revolvers. Ended up selling both of them.

The easiest thing to do is powder coat your cast bullets. PC'ing them (pc ='s powder coat) will add 2/1000th's in diameter to your .429" bullets.

Glad to see you cast your own bullets. You might consider investing in quality molds from a custom mold maker that are actually cheap to buy. A link to that website. Take a look at their .432" molds.

I've been casting and swaging my own bullets for decades owning 100+ molds from several different mold makers. MP molds are impressive producing quality cast bullets that are extremely accurate.
I finally got my hands on a .432 sizing die. I'd like to try some of the HBWC's seated in the second crimp groove, I'm trying to get best alignment by loading the bullets resting in the cylinder throat. I see that you have done so. Which powder did you get best results with? I have Unique, Bullseye, 2400, 231, HS-6 and titegroup, was hoping i could make tight group work as I have the largest quantity of that. I thus far have had best results with a 245 grain SWC-GC and HS-6 Im trying to get best accuracy with less powder and less Lead. I also got my hands on an expander plug that will open my cases a bit more. Im hoping for good results any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Do ladder tests with every powder you have, I'm sure you'll find 2 or 3 loads you can live with.

I used bullseye and clays for my target

loads and 2400 for thumpers with that hbwc bullet.
