Model 27-2 with top strap cutting

Just saw this in a pawn shop. Model 27-2, 8-3/8" barrel, target stocks with football cutout. Gun is in pretty nice shape, good lockup, good timing, no forcing cone damage, except...some bluing wear on both sides of the tip of the barrel, and a faint cutting line etched in the top strap at the forcing cone. And no box. I'm not sure how severely these defects should impact value. They want $699 for it. Any advice or input appreciated.

Could be flame cutting or a file mark when the barrel was being squared. Regardless it is no issue. Buy it if you are looking for a long barrel.
