Model 29 - Rear sight elevation stud

Greetings gentlemen,

Some time back I removed the rear sight off my 44mag Model 29 Classic for a scope install. I'm going back to the original sights however I have lost the elevation adjustment stud, the little piece that engages the slot on the frame.

Does anyone know of a source that might carry small parts like this one? I have searched for a few months now, my local smiths are not able (or interested) to help.

Smith would be my first choice. Just received the spring and plunger for the rear sight from them at no charge.

Midway USA also has these parts.

Check in your sight mount for your scope. I have a B Square, and it used that piece to hold the rear of the mount on the frame.
