Anyone have one of these? I'm considering ordering one up, haven't seen one in person yet. The one I'm looking at is the Performance Center with the green frame.

I have the 327 R8 5" . It's like the TRR8 with the exception that the lower rail on mine is not removable.
I do not recommend using their rails as they scratch the finish on the gun and in some cases with a heavy optic can unscrew the barrel. For this i better recommend mounting the optic to the rear- removing the rear sight and replacing it with an optic mount and optic.

It is a great gun ! If I only had a chance to shoot only one 357, it would be a 327 in a 5".

I love my TRR8.

Mine is one of the two tones. I have been shooting it for about 18 years now. The 327s with their multi piece tensioned barrels are probably the most accurate Smith & Wesson 357 Magnums I have ever come across

How can you not love an 8 shot, 357 Magnum revolver with a 5 inch barrel that weighs in like it's a 4 inch 6 shot K-frame

My nephew just bought the moss green version at the LGS and he loves it. Trigger is nice and he added a light with laser to the front rail. It's a very nice looking gun. The shop also had a new 44 mountain gun in stock so I picked that one up but I had to send it in to S&W for repair.

I know right?

I had no idea they had been making them so long.

Would getting the green one be a mistake? I'm thinking about resale value down the road, I'd personally like the green frame but unsure how many other guys would.......

I own both the TRR8 and an M&P R8. They are well balanced and very accurate guns. Shooting full power loads through them is a lot of fun.
