I have an older model 41 with a light trigger pull. I would like to first try to replace the pawl/trigger spring to see if the trigger pull can get heavier.
Anybody know where that spring can be bought?

Did you already try moving the adjustment lever? You can increase the trigger pull in 1/4 pound increments by carefully moving the lever.....in your case, you would want to move the lever to the rear.

Instructions and photographs are available here......

Numrich, S&W and Brownells have the sear spring:

Heck, I never knew the trigger was adjustable!. I am not gonna touch mine, it is very light from the factory:)

I just got a 1968 M41, and while I have torn it down to the point that adjustment of the trigger components are visible I have not tried it yet. I need to get a 3/32" non marring punch to drift a pin to allow the adjustment bar to slide. Looks simple enough. The guy I bought it from was the second owner, and he said he never made changes, but to me , it is scary light. I would like to put another half pound to it
