I have a 625 (45acp). I just got back from the range and had better that a 50% failure rate with my ammo. I noticed on the failures that the primer had barely been touched--a slight indentation, enough to notice, but not enough to fire. On those rounds that did fire, the indentation was nice and solid. Has anyone experienced this problem? The gun is about 6 months old and has about 1000 rounds through it. Thanks for any info you can give me.
