More cudos for S&W Customer Service

Called to get three replacement floorplates for my M&P 45 and they are sending them out to me for free. Now that is good customer service.

Great to hear these reports on S&W customer service. I just sent my Shield in last week to have them check it out. Hopefully my experience will match those that have recently been posted here on the forum.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

WITH all the returns they are getting, I would think they are kept busy and getting PLENTY of experience/practice. Ya think it would be cheaper for them to send them out correct in the first place, BUT I guess they are betting the majority will never notice a defect, or be too lazy to return it. It's not just S&W, I'm sure Remmy get's plenty of returns too. I would prefer a well made product & better QC and never need to deal with CS.

Agreed, this is the way things should work. Just like pistols, everytime. Its why Hk's are so expensive perhaps

What was wrong with your existing floorplates that caused you to need new ones?

I'm curious as well. I have to take my m&p45 magazines apart cause I can only feed 9 rounds into the magazines.
