Number 1 is "Justified" .... I bought the entire series $��$ way back when it was the only way to re-watch it. I've gotten my per episode re-watch cost down to about 10 cents now .... :)

Number 2 is "War of the Worlds" by George Pal 1953. I've watched it over 100 times for sure since I first saw it in the theater with my dad when I was 7.

To the many wonderful movies already listed, I will add "A Man For All Seasons", the true story of Sir Thomas More's going from being Lord High Chancellor of England, Henry VIII's right hand man and friend, to his losing everything - title, wealth, even his books - until his martyrdom, all over his refusal to approve Henry's divorce and acknowledge Henry as Head of the Church in England.
IIRC, it won Best Picture and Best Actor in 1966.
