MSNBC commentators soiling themselves

The water cooler should be an interesting place tomorrow morning.

To the misinformed, uneducated and agenda driven(Socialists) this is some bizarre behavior that they will demonize to their advantage.

I totally support his right but question his judgement. I'm as PRO 2nd Amendment as anyone but if I didn't know this person and I was with my family I would shield and usher them away from the "perceived" threat and contact the authorities.

I guess what I'm saying is wearing your tactical gear to a protest where the POTUS will be is reckless.

Time and place for everything.

Hope I didn't piss anyone off just my .02

I don't think the guy showed a lot of common sense by carrying the gun to the protest.

But he did (try) to give fairly well reasond answers to Chris's semi hysterical rant of questions.

PM to Chrisie baby: Take a handfull of valiums, read two chapters of "Hope & change" then call your shrink in the morning.

This individual from New Hampshire is very well informed and did a great job of explaining himself. I think he represented the people who believe in the 2nd Amendment really well.

I heard MSNBC say he probably wouldn't be there when the President arrived, but I didn't hear whether he was there or not. Does anyone know the outcome in regards to his whereabouts when the President arrived at the meeting.

It sounds as if the local police did an excellent job in regards to this individuals rights. On a lighter side pehaps the N.H. LEO didn't want to have to go to D.C. for a beer party.

You expected him not to react like a little girl? He's still getting chiropractic care for having thrown his back out humping someones leg on the campaign trail!

I don't watch much TV, and am reminded why, watching Chris Matthews, whomever he may be (other than the obviously rude, bombastic, a**hole he portrays on screen), grill the calm, well-spoken patriot who exercised his rights, to the dismay of many. Anyone ask if he was actually there to help protect the President, if need be? This, in New Hampshire, the "Live Free or Die" state, ironically. I've been treated hostilely on TV news interviews a few times, and have always bitten my tongue, looked straight into the camera, and tried to remain unruffled and on-message. This guy was great!

It didn't sound like he was too prepared for that interview, but bravo to Mr. Kostric. He got his point across despite a hostile interrogator.

It saddens and sickens me when I see someone freak out over a gun. If he had any intention of committing a criminal act with that weapon, why would he display it? He did the right thing in open carrying, as well as staying where he had every right to be. The gun had nothing to do with the issue at hand. He was simply exercising another Constitutional right that may be in jeopardy. It just shows how uninformed and frightened sheeple become when they encounter someone who understands and utilizes their rights and liberties.

I wonder where he was when the President showed up also.

That was great. The guy was very articulate and got his point across. And without his gun he would never have been interviewed on TV so the gun did its job very well, indeed.

It is fantastic that some people are brave and articulate enough to do this kind of thing. Little by little these events will shatter the politically correct view that guns always mean violence and that only murderers carry guns.

"If every protester had carried a gun, would the place have been safer?"
"Absolutely."

"Was the gun loaded?"
"Who in their right mind would carry an unloaded firearm?"

That's why the state run media was upset. They simply cannot stand anyone who challenges their way of thinking. Especially when that someone gets their point across so well. It's great to see our side won one for a change!

The guy is very articulate and has a right to open carry. However, reality is that the liberal MSM will use him as a poster boy for the violent whack job right wing extremists who support the 2nd and oppose the Annointed One's plans for the country. He would have served both causes better by staying home.

I agree...showing up to greet the president armed with an auto in a drop leg rig is not high on my list of "Smart thing to do today."

Heaven forbid anyone should exercise their rights if the media will hold it against them. Does this extend to town hall meetings as well? We know how the media have portrayed those folks.

Greet the president? How close was he? Was he beaten by the cops? Arrested? Tased? He doesn't seem to have caused much of a problem outside of the MSM.

when I saw the PD talk about him, they said he was not breaking any laws and was well within his rights.....good cop!

In answer to your question, of course it does. If you conduct yourself in a way that the MSM can use to portray you in an unfavorable light, you are hurting your cause. I'm not saying it's right but you've got to accept reality. If you don't, your voice will never be heard.

Just me, but?
I think one of the LAST places I'd want to go to armed would be a political meeting/rally etc. Too volatile an environment for my tastes. Again, this is speaking only for myself.

"I don't know why local attorneys can't file for an emergency injunction".

That's it, take away our rights whenever someone feels like the are a threat to someone.

Yes, the protester was making a point about our Constitutional rights, specifically the 1st and 2nd Ammendments. I too agree that the protester wasn't using the best judgment (not to be confused with common sense).
