And Now for Something Completely Different.

Well, perhaps a little different. The local wind band I've recorded for the last 30 years performed this last Saturday. Written for solo tenor and soprano saxes and wind band, it was commissioned for the 2015 World Saxophone Congress. The premiere performance featured Claude Delangle and Branford Marsalis (also on YouTube) but this has better sound. The soloists really need good chops!
