Music You Enjoy

I had never heard of Vashti Bunyan until four or five years ago, but once I heard this piece (known as both "Traveling North" and "The Train Song"), I knew I would be playing it for the rest of my life. I searched for her name in the forum archives, and it appears she has not previously been mentioned. This remastered version is a little heavy on the bass, but it seems otherwise a little cleaner to me than the original release (Also available on YouTube.)

I also listen to a lot of Nina Simone, in particular "Love Me or Leave Me."

Also a major Who fan.

I like Acappella and no one does it better than the Barn.

One of my favorites because of the historical significance of the Easter Uprising in 1916 and the fact I have visited some of the sites central to the event. [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keWnPZOd2cw[/ame]

I also started hearing this at young age of 8, and I always loved it.
