My 625-8 is binding and I can't figure where

When i take a revolver apart and reassemble it, i dry fire it without the sideplate on to make sure its working. If the trigger is not seated completely (even the slightest but), the gun will freeze up. Its highly likely that the loose sideplate could have allowed some slack in the trigger.
