Here's my latest holster. It's for my winter carry Smith & Wesson 469. I followed the same pattern as my AIWB holster for my Sig P239 with a couple improvements.

I thickened the rear section that supports the grip end and widened both J-hooks to improve on durability. I maintained the curve to the clips I used on the Sig holster which helps with allowing the holster to bend with my waistline. The holster is easy on/off and is surprisingly comfortable. It holds the gun securely until I need to draw it which it does quickly.

The Smith & Wesson 469 is a double stack so it's not a thin gun. With a t-shirt draped over it's still noticeable that there's a lump, but it could easily pass for a cell phone and in no way looks like a gun. Here's a short little video I made that shows how easily it comes on and off and how it conceals.

Watched the video and I'm very impressed with the video and the holster, nice job on both. The one negative I observe is that the space you have reserved for holster & gun is, on me, occupied by "Belly". Seriously, you have a nice holster and I hope you understand that I'm not belittling your work, nor would I.

Nice. Crebralfix got me interested in making kydex holsters with his superb A-IWB holsters - this video makes me even more intrigued with the idea.

Yes, my belly is there, but even though I sport love handles my belly's not too large to make it uncomfortable. Appendix carry is not for every body type that's for sure.

Very nice! Good job keeping the finger off the trigger also

Just out of curiousity, how comfortable is it when sitting down, and how long does it take to get over the fact that there is a gun pointed at your junk?

I'm a big A-IWBer, f150guy. It's the most comfortable carry I've found, and the most secure as well. As to your other concern: wear tighty-whities - keep everything important battened-down out of the line of fire.

Heck I go commando and love appendix carry.

Sometimes 3:00 carry, or a full size gun aren't an option in whith case a Taurus 605 2 1/4" stoked with Remington 125 gr. .357 SJHPs still give me 9mm-like power. A modern, uncocked, bobbed hammer, loaded double action revolver in a holster that covers the trigger will not go off in a million years. Appendix carry is perfectly safe if done intelligently.

ecrawmer,

Nice! Keep up the good work. I really like your OWB to IWB conversion unit.
