My KSD Grips have arrived!

They won't even respnd to my Emails

I'm sure everyone here feels sincerely sorry for you.

As was posted in this original thread, (and other like threads here,) there are many very satisfied KSD customers. I had an issue that was corrected and not on my dollar. But GaryS, (I think,) sent them a factory pre-rail 3913TSW grip for a pattern to reproduce in wood. THAT would have been cool although I don't think he ever heard anything back. There were issues with the grip pin hole being too small for the factory grip pin for those attached grips.

From my experience KSD personnel actually are literate and do speak/understand/type English. My last order although a while ago I was emailed several images of my finished grip. The caption was "you like?" Might been broken English throughout all of our communications but we understood each other and it was all in English. Maybe something changed.

You joined at least two different Forums on the same day, (with two different "handles",) to resurrect two old KSD posts, (one from 2016 the other 2021,) for both of your initial first posts to complain about KSD?
Thanks Jim but, again, I sent several emails and pictures and the English was extremely broken they called the Grip a Hilt in one of them and a Handle in another? Are they NOT called KSD GRIPS! I sent several emails with pictures labeled in ENGLISH and got nowhere with them I finally asked them to have the emails translated and then a new person emailed me and said they were making NEW "CORRECT GRIPS". They issued me two different tracking numbers with two different services over a week ago but, they show that NOTHING has been shipped. That's wonderful that people have had success with them their Grips look great and I heard they were nice that's why I ordered from them. It's been six weeks of emailing with no correct grips yet! To add insult to injury I found the same grips I paid $118 for on ksdgripsusa.com on EBay for sale by KSD for $66 of course these were not the grips I ordered but they were the ones I GOT Brass inlay NOT REAL Silver. I hope I can report a good ending to this story in the future but for now I will continue to warn people about my experience with KSD.
 
Something is not right with KSD's service it's either good or HORRIBLE!
I would order from anywhere else first.
 
I ordered CS9 grip $56 from the KSD website 4 days ago. Received a confirmation email right away. Then yesterday got an email that it shipped, with a UPS tracking number.

Edit to add: I went to ups website to track the package. Ups doesn't have the package yet. I thought that the email from ksd said shipped. It says order status updated to approved, and the ups tracking number was produced. Just thought I should post something since I was mistaken. The email seems normal, I often get an email like that before the order ships.

So it was my first post, why do you think that is? No, I'm not on here every day making hundreds of posts. After having the problems I wrote about with KSD I searched for reviews on them to find out if others had experienced issues with them and try to get inside into how to communicate with them or get my issues resolved that is what led me to this post because I'm not a BIG poster has no relevance to the validity of this post. Wow, I just wasted my time making another post about KSD. GOOD LUCK happy KSD customer I hope your luck continues!
 
Jim, You are a great poster and yes my experience with KSD has been dramatically different than yours. I hope as an experienced poster you can accept that fact. Sorry, I'm not on here every day posting about stuff. But how often a person posts has nothing to do with the truth. I'm not a big BS'er.
