My low-tech return to reloading.

Been using them for 50 years. Got about 20 or so sets of dies and 5 or 6 sets of handle and die sets. Also got 4 Tru Line Jr presses that use the same 5/8" dies . I started with this stuff and have more or less stuck with it although I have had to re buy most of it due to a dope head thief who broke in the shop and stole most of my original stuff. I have been slowly replacing it over the last 25 years.

sigp220.45, don't know where you live in the metro area but, the Reloading Zone in Wheat Ridge, The Reloading Zone | has a huge inventory of almost every powder you could ever want along with all the normal reloading supplies, tools, bullets, etc. It is one VERY well stocked store for those in Denver.

I bought a couple sets of the Lee dippers and customized several of them by trimming the size of the bucket with a sharp razor blade. Now I have a dipper for 5.0 gr of Unique exactly. A little trial and error with your scale but you should have the dipper where you want it pretty quick.

Just broke out my Lee Handloading kit in 38 Special to load 50 rounds for my Model 64. Still have and use my original Lee Auto-Prime too

Nothing wrong with slowing down and enjoying a little R&R for a change! I have a kit for every caliber I shoot

A few years back on a visit to the lgs the owner said I got something you will want. It was a S&W mdl 58 41 mag. I liked it and gave him his asking price of $225.00. After purchasing ammo and shooting it, I decided it was too expensive and a little to powerful to enjoy I sold it. I wish I had known about simple reloading then. I would still have that smith.

I bought my 310 tool in 1970, just after we got married. It still lives in the gun room. These days I only use it to reprime 38 Specials, 357s, and 22 Jets. Its just easier and more comfortable than using a big clunky press. I can do it in my recliner, watching TV, and anything else going on. I have to admit the Lee multiprime is OK, but not as easy or friendly as the 310.

If you're ever wandering around a gun show and see a 310 or dies for one, look at the prices. Shocking to say the least. I don't think mine cost $10
