My M&P Shield with Trijicon HD Nightsights

If you are going to have night sights, I think this or just the single night sight in the front is the best way to go.

Here is the Ameriglo version installed. U shaped rear makes for very quick acquisition of the front sight.

I have the Trijicon HD with the yellow front sight on all three of my FS M&Ps and I love them. I've been waiting for Trijicon to come out with a set for the Shield. Now I will have to look at this set up.

IMHO as a 33 year law enforcement firearms instructor, these are some of the best sights available for a defensive pistol!

I wish the Ameriglo Pro I dot rear sight was serrated like the Trijicon HD rear sight is.

I just got my SA139-O in the mail, they are Shield specific. I am noticing the tritium vile in the front sight is high, there is more orange in the bottom than the top. If anyone is looking I purchased mine off Amazon. I think they had 4 left in stock.

I have a set of these on my M&P, it was a great choice in my opinion, the sight picture was less distracting because all focus is directed towards he front sight if makes sense.

Which brand are you referring to when you say "SA139-0"?
Ameriglo? Trijicon?

I went with the Tru Glo TFO's. With the Tritium, you ddon't have to worry about hitting your night sights with a flashlight. Pull your pistol out of darkness and the sights are Always glowing!
