i just would like to spread a little positive cheer to brighten up our day amid all the national grief and turmoil.... I bought Jeannie a 60-14Lady Smith a year ago(anniversary gift) She loves it but could not get comfortable with the sheer weight of an all steel gun, so she traded me out of the 637 Airweight I carry. I got to looking the Lady Smith over and noticed that the Laminated Rosewood "combat" grips had a little less than perfectfit on the upper inside
area on the finger grip area....not "bad" just not perfect. So during the process of taking the grips off and back on I lost the brass bushing the grip screw goes thru. Monday 10/28/24 I call S&W customer service , tell my sorry tale to the very polite S&W service rep. he politely replied "Mr. Ginn, I am writing a ship order for your part to go right out, Is there anything else I can help you with?" I told him no and thanked him. Today 11/2/24.......6 days later a small package was in our rural mail box...6 days!!!!!!! the package contained one complete Altamont Super Rosewood Combat grip complete with pins,grip screw and bushing...end of story, thanks for reading, SMILE, GOD loves you.
PS they fit perfectly.
