n frame grips

With stock 629 grips, shooting is ok, and they feel ok. I was wondering if grooved grips would be better as my hands can only take maybe 5 cylidners of modern 240 jhp ammo pushing 1300 fps on the box before i start getting numbness and tingling

I put Pachmyers on mine, but I don't think I've ever shot that many full bore rounds at one time, so I don't know if my suggestion would work for you.

As much as I appreciate fine wood stocks, rubber grips do absorb more of the recoil impulse.
