N Frame Square Butt Combats?

Were the N frame square butt combat stocks only put on special models? If so, which ones? Would it be inaccurate to put them on a 629-3?

They came from the factory on some models and others here could give you more complete details as to which models. They were also available as an aftermarket accessory from S&W, so they are totally appropriate for your -3. JF

I sure will. But my -3 is at S&W getting a new gas ring and I don't have the stocks yet. I was the one who popped for the gorgeous set on GB this weekend. Pricey, but now I have some.

I'll take some good pictures and post 'em when I get everything back in hand.

The finger groove combats really snazz up a 629 especially a full underlug 5" Classic or 4" !
In my little S&W world Combat length guns with smooth combat triggers all deserve a nice set of FG Combats.... Wink

And they'd look great on any older 629.
