Need Help

I have a M&P OR with an EOTECH512 red dot. What kind of flip up sites can I get to co-witness with this set-up. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

I've been thinking about an Eotech XPS, for my MP15 VT, and what i am reading is that you will need to rise the Eotech, to cowitness AR style folding buis, OR buy the Eotech flip up sights. The Eotech flip up set is not too bad, price wise, $158.00. I will assume that the quality is as good as their optic sights.
